Q: How do I log in to my CFB Pro account? I’m having some trouble doing so.

Q: I just signed up for CFB Pro+. When can I expect my store credit to be added to my account?
A: Store credit will be added to your account within one business day. You’ll need a ChannelFireball store account if you don’t already have one – you can create one here. Please make sure the email address on your store account matches the email on your Pro account. If you haven’t received your store credit within the expected time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Does the store credit from CFB Pro+ stay in my account if I don’t use it?
A: Absolutely! Store credit never expires, so feel free to save it up if that’s what you want to do.
Q: I’m a CFB Pro+ member. When do I get my monthly store credit?
A: Store credit will be issued monthly based on your signup date.
Q: Will my CFB Pro subscription automatically renew?
A: Yes – whether you’re on a monthly or yearly plan, you won’t have to worry about any downtime in your subscription.
Q: How do I cancel my CFB Pro subscription?
A: Head to your CFB Pro account page and click the link that says “Cancel your subscription”. Your subscription will end once the paid period has run out, but you can cancel anytime.
