Professional Event Shirt and Sweatshirt Policy
For any events that ChannelFireball is offering a shirt and/or sweatshirt reward, all payouts will be in store credit ONLY. The player must wear a ChannelFireball shirt or sweatshirt for the entire duration of the event and for feature matches, the logo must be displayed prominently on the official Wizards of the Coast coverage to qualify. In the event that a player qualifies for multiple rewards, only the highest reward amount will be paid. Please note that to qualify for any of the top eight rewards a player must provide ChannelFireball.com with an EXCLUSIVE tournament report and wear the shirt or sweatshirt for any tournament related pictures taken following the tournament.
Magic Sealed Product Policy
As an Authorized Internet Retailer with Wizards of the Coast, we can only ship Magic: the Gathering sealed products within the U.S and its Territories
In Store Pick Up Policy
Customers who would like to pick up their order in store are welcome to do so, but please respect our posted store hours and allow one full business day for us to process the order. Customers who select in store pick up must pay for their order online at the time the order is placed.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ChannelFireball.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit minus a 5% restocking fee. We'll pay the return shipping costs and waive the fee if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Channel Fireball reserves the right to limit or cancel any order for any reason
In order to supply cards to our large customer base of players, we may need to limit or cancel orders that include more than 4 of a specific card. Channelfireball's number one priority is to supply cards to players, not speculators or resellers. If you are looking to purchase more than 4 of a card, please email us (sales@channelfireball.com) and we will advise as to how many of that card we can sell at that time.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.
How does ChannelFireball protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.
Will ChannelFireball disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
ChannelFireball does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. ChannelFireball may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
ChannelFireball may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of ChannelFireball, our users, or others.
