    LOL…..

the tombstone for the magic timer was awesome, mostly as I was watching it count down the entire time. good job.

This show is really great and fun to watch and i’m still eagerly awaiting more.

    great job, guys!

    Rofl. RIP timer xD

Awesome, great to see you guys listening to the viewers. Can’t wait for part 2. You forgot Bogarden Hellkite in your mythic review though.

super glad the timer died. smart move.

The reason they want Planeswalkers at mythic is so they can make them powerful. They don’t want boring, crappy guys that are supposed to be powerful flavorwise. Not to mention that it would warp limited for sure unless they were pretty much unplayable, which then what is the point?

Please have some more videos with Mashi. It’s so much more entertaining with a guy like Mashi who’s charismatic and brings some flair to these videos. LSV, you film well too, but some of your guests are straight up boring and painful to watch/listen to!

I liked that you got rid of the timer. I can’t wait for part 2!

  8. Tyler says: July 13, 2009 @ 3:54 am

wow…lol Im glad LSV has a sense of humor….or he would be beating the crap out of ol’ dude for throwing Kyoto up in the air like that.

    DAAAYYYUUUMMM. lol

    Great vid!

I love this sooooooooooooooo much more than E. Erwin’s The Magic Show. I don’t feel like I’m watching a 10 minute commercial on card singles. Part 2 is just as sweet. THANK YOU!! for this and keep up the awesome work!

    p.s.

    rofl@timer!

glad to know you guys actaully take every single comment seriously.
This is my favorite magic site now. it makes me feel connected to professional magic players and we are both just human! good job guys! (i wonder if poker players are human hmm…….)

I agree with Max, some of the other guests have been boring, and having someone with good points other than LSV is fun and interesting to watch. Keep it up guys! :)

    Great vid!!

I was very glad to see timer go.

Ths Site has quickly become one of favorites as well. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Awesome show, I thought the elephant graphic was pretty hilarious and appreciated the nice give and take. Can’t wait for more!

You guys are just fantastic. Whoever is making the executive decisions at this site are doing a top notch job.

Like Dan said, it makes me feel like part of a community when you guys listen so intently to your viewers.

Need more elephants in the room! Please cut down the topic list and make it sleek like in Sportscenter, it is still cutting into LSV just a bit and is gaudy. Everything else is awesome, love the topics!

  16. Adam says: July 13, 2009 @ 1:36 pm

LSV has came along way from when I was watching him on blackborder all that time. He is easily my favorite magic pro now, and I have done nothing but enjoyed everything about channellfireball.com

  17. Frank says: July 13, 2009 @ 4:36 pm

Yes, glad to see the timer’s demise. I liked this episode much better than the previous one because it seemed like Mashi and Luis were a little more relaxed too. I would bet this was because they didn’t have to time budget as much. Nice job guys.

Absolutely amazing considering the last show! WAY better this time around (although I know someone that needs to read the flavor text on Baneslayer Angel. She’s meant to defend, not attack??? lol!).

The only person I have ever enjoyed watching more on any Magic related topic had been Johny Magic himself (and is there any chance you could get him as a guest? It would be awesome to see the greatest of all time and the greatest today in the same discussion!). I still like The Magic Show, but I agree this is way better and that the “p.s. buy cards from us” is a bit annoying.

Just recently discovered this site, and it’s already one of my favourites. Great work on the video.

    Re: planeswalkers:
I kind of like them at Rare or Mythic Rare, if nothing else to avoid the “legendary”-problem in limited formats.

  20. Drew says: July 13, 2009 @ 9:57 pm

Awesome work with this and all the videos. I look forward to more.

  21. blt says: July 14, 2009 @ 4:52 pm

Great job it is awkward to watch someone argue with someone who might be one who will be in the hall of fame though.Planes walkers should be mythic, should be powerful should hardly ever opened in limited.
