    Why play the land on T6 ? 5 mana is enough to cast the geo and the Hideous. Keeping the land to fire up the Geo the next turn seems to be the play.

    Except he had Heartstabber in hand, and a 7th land lets him kick it the next turn.

    Why wouldn’t you Hideous End the Kazuul Warlord during your turn in case he had an Ally in hand?

    @Jacob: The Ally will need to use the stack before it can enter play, so at that point one can use the Hideous End on the Warlord.

    jacob he could just respond to the ally by killing the warlord. it dies before the ally comes into play and triggers the abilities.

    it was so that if he drew another land, he could kick heartstabber mosquito
